To submit a 300-800 words proposal of paper, poster, special session, workshop or company case study, fill in the proceeding submission form in the Conference Management System (CMS). Before submitting the proposal, please read the Instructions for Submissions below:
You may submit more than one proposal even if you are the main author of the paper or poster.
Authors must follow the guidelines for final papers exactly and meet the designated deadline. Authors whose first language is not English are highly encouraged to seek the assistance of an English editor for the final editing of their work.
The IEA Scientific Committee reserves the right to not publish any paper that does not meet a professional quality.
IOS Press will publish a freely accessible online supplement to the Journal Work. All papers and posters accepted will be included and will have DOI number.
Check the Instructions and Deadlines page before submitting a proposal.
Once accepted, the final version of your paper should be submitted and will be scheduled for presentation at IEA 2012. Due to the expected large number of presentations and sessions, changes in program can only be considered if you find conflicts / problems in how your presentation has been scheduled.
Representation by a colleague will be permitted after notification; of course, he or she must also be registered as a congress participant.
Further information on arrangements for your presentation will be given together with the notification of acceptance.
To meet our goal to organize a high quality congress in all aspects, we need your help. It is a tremendous amount of work; to receive all abstracts, to have these reviewed, to give you feedback, to arrange the content of the program, and to edit the proceedings. It will be most appreciated if you make submissions and advise us of any changes as soon as possible. Please pay special attention to the following:
