Congress Fees
The congress fees include: unlimited entrance to all sessions and exhibition, conference material including the proceedings containing all full papers, opening ceremony, welcome reception and show (Sunday evening), coffees, teas, transportation from the accredited hotel to the Convention Center, information desk service on site, the daily Cultural Activity and the unforgettable Congress Carnival Party, including dinner.
One day congress fee (US$ 303 or US$380) includes: unlimited entrance to all sessions and exhibition on the day, coffees, teas, transportation from the accredited hotel to the Convention Center and back on the day, information desk service on site, the daily Cultural Activity on that day.
The partner’s fee includes the welcome reception, opening and closing ceremony, entrance to the exhibition, daily Cultural Activity, and the Congress Carnival Party.
Students who register and pay "Student Rates" must submit an official letter (in English) from their University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating their current student status. This document must be submitted when registering. Please send a scanned copy of this letter to secretary@iea2012.org.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are possible. These can be made by email (secretary@iea2012.org) indicating the reason for cancellation. Cancellations authorized by the Organizing Committee give the right to the following refunds of fees paid:

From Monday February 13th, 2012, 10 a.m. refunds for mistakes in payments will be paid in cash at the registration desk.
Payment in full shall be paid in cash or by credit card at the time of registration.
